Weekly Schedule

Week of November 4th- November 9th:

• Mon: 3:30 pm @ BH, easy distance
• Tues: 3:30 pm @ BH, workout
• Wed: 3:30 pm @ BH, easy distance
• Thu: leave for State mid-morning from the HS. Stop in Ellensburg for a jog
• Fri: 3:00 @ BH, pre-meet day, preview course, striders
• Sat: State Championships at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco, WA. Girls race at 10:30, boys at 12.
• Sun: off
